I really want to try a terrarium this winter. Where do you buy your terrarium pots?

Some terrariums have the plants put directly in the soil mix. Any pot could be used if you dont want to do that.

I've used glass globes, old fish bowls, large vases. Thrift shops can be a good source too. I've even found a nice, unbroken glass globe left out at the curb on garbage night.

Helps to be imaginative about containers, as long as it's glass & wide enough necked for me to get my hand inside it, works for me.

I've bought a few terrarium containers from makeaterrarium.com. If you can't find any pots or jars laying around the house you could try them.

Here is a link that might be useful: Make A Terrarium
