Ivy problem? Will it spread to tomatoes and others?

wazmafazApril 28, 2013

I posted this in another forum but got no replies :( maybe someone here can help - I grow a lot of tomatoes, so that's what I'm most worried about anyway.

Attached is a photo of the ivy at my apartment complex - it's not doing so great, and has really grown back a lot too. My concern is: will whatever the ivy has spread to any of my vegetables or flowers (I've got a decent variety)?

Thanks, all!

Doubt it. Different plants have different diseases unless the plants are in the same family. Ivy & tomatoes aren't.
