Anyone know the best way to control these green little spider looking things?

If a spider, not a problem. Instead, a helper.

If it has 8 legs it's a spider = good to have.
If 6 legs it's an insect ( might be aphid) = not so good.. If aphids, hand pick or wash off with spray of water.
