Blight, or just wet/cloudy weather?

Carolinaflowerlover NC Zone 7bMay 5, 2013

It has been unseasonably cold here lately. It has also been pretty wet and very cloudy for a week or more (with at least a few more days of this). My tomato seedlings are yellowing and getting brown splotches. Is it the weather, or something I need to treat? Thx!
