large white spots on tomatoes

flatwoodJune 22, 2010

I have a tomato plant on which several of the tomatoes develop a white spot during maturation that develops into rotten spot at maturity. Have no pictures, but would appreciate any thoughts on what this might be. Thanks.gpc

Perhaps sun burn/scald?

That's what I was thinking, especially since it's been bumping high 90's here. It's only occurred on a few tomatoes on 1 plant apparently only 1 time. Thanks for the info and have a great day!!!
