How do you keep your veggies in thier Square Foot?
This is my first go round with the SFG and I feel like everything is growing all over eachother causing a bit of chaos. I am just wondering if you are supposed to prune the heck of out everything to keep it contained to its own sqft?
I have zucchini, pole beans, tomatoes, egg plant, cucumbers, etc, etc that have all gone wild and have no concept of "a square foot". I trellised the tomatoes today, so hopefully i will get a little control back on those, but the rest are still going crazy on thier own program. What do you guys do? Browsing through the sqft garden book and it just seems all the stock photos are all of perfectly bunched flowers that all live great in their square foot, dont see any zucks, etc. Just wondering what most folks do and what to expect, etc.
