Help Identify Problem

I am new to growing, am growing some tomatoes in the greenhouse- shortly after transplant, we starting seeing some spoting, some "purpling" near veins and then significant necrosis.

Any input would be appreciated.

Wee need more info. Start with this:
- What are they growing in ?
- What fertilizer are you using? How much? And how often?
