Thanks for sharing! I especially enjoyed your comment about just doing it vs. reading about it. I find people at work are just amazed at my herb garden and my food preservation, because "they just can't do it". In the end, the problem is they aren't experimenting, failing, and trying again. It makes me wonder how they get things done at work since our environment is so less than perfect.

Of course, the other comment is how do you find time? I can explain it all I want but they don't get that either - I set my priorities. I do not spend time watching tv, I hardly read when it's summer months, and the list goes on of what I do not do when I'm gardening and preserving.
