Wisteria tree question

tlipariApril 15, 2009

I have an old wisteria tree that has been blown over by years of wind (90 degrees).Am I able to dig up one side and re-stake,without damaging the root system? Also, can I prune all suckers and all unwanted laterals now or after blooming?
