Ipomoea acuminata topiary????

axelsrose(zone 5)November 9, 2002

I have just recently aquired a start. It is beginning to grow nicely. I have seen pictures of this plant used as a topiary and would love to do it with this one, but I have never done this before. I don't know where or how to start. Can you point me to some place with instructions? Thank you.

Plenty of books on pruning at the library. Most have a section on training standards or topiaries.
Online there should be sites under Ipomoea regarding culture and training/pruning.
