HAVE: Dwarf 'hogplum' seedlings
Hi, I have several seedlings of a dwarf hogplum species, about 8 inches tall. They are fast growers and will start flowering in about a year. The botanical name is Spondias cytherea and they are strictly tropical trees (zone 10 or above). But they will grow and fruit very well if planted in large containers and kept in green houses in zones 9 or below. They will grow no more than 6 feet tall. Fruits are about the size of large egg, yellow on the outside when ripe and have a nice sour-sweet flavor.
I am looking to trade for other not so common tropical fruits. Please check my list or make an offer.
