Plant Enthusiasts meeting in St. Louis!

zdufranJanuary 25, 2010

I wanted to let everyone know about an exciting opportunity to meet with other plant enthusiasts, view some wonderful plant collections, research facilities, tour beautiful gardens, trade plants and cuttings with other growers and hear some talks about research and growing of tropical plants. Believe it or not - all of this will occur in one day in St. Louis, Missouri! And that day is April 24th. Anyone interested in plants is invited to attend. Bring your friends and family. The only cost is the admission charged by the Missouri Botanical Gardens. The agenda is included below.

This meeting will be hosted by Dr. Tom Croat of the Missouri Botanical Gardens. Please RSVP to me (zach at zachandchristie.com - replace "at" with the usual symbol) so that we know how many chairs to set up and how many refreshments to have. And let me know if you have any questions. You can also see the official meeting announcement at our website: http://aroid.org/midamerica.

What's the matter with you guys on this site? The level of activity is way too low! You should all be going to St Louis for this. I would be be unfortunately I can't afford the flight from Brazil or the week off work...
