Rooting a japanese arila cutting

Hello all,

does anyone have experience taking a cutting from a japanese arila and getting it to take? Any special care needed?

so i ended up just cutting a sappling off at the base and stuck it in a pot.. all the leaves have drooped... ill trim some off and keep this thread updated.
