I am moving from California to Missouri. Can I take flowering plants and/or cuttings with me?

I've moved hundreds of plants many, many times. I recommend digging with dirt around the roots, and putting into a plastic grocery bag, then wrapping the handles back and forth around the stem. Tie the handles, with just a little room to add water if you need to. Good luck!!

Check with your inspection station. I know some parts of CA have those inspection stations that do not allow live plants to leave the state unless they have been through decontamination.

Same with FL
