Is this a Spilanthes?

Brandon_the_Random(7b)May 21, 2014

I got this from a vendor on ebay located in the US, and it has grown like a weed. However, I saw some spilanthes seedlings at my local botanical garden, and I didn't realizes at first that they were spilanthes because they looked so different than my plant. They were purplish, perhaps from transplant and cold shock, but the leaves are also slightly different in texture, but similar in shape.
Is this even a spilanthes? I guess I can just wait for it to flower, but I want to get something by this growing season.
Thanks!

Your plant might be Spilanthes acmella. The leaves on it don't seem to have the purple-ish cast which those on Spilanthes oleracea do.
