What is wrong with my mango tree?

My mango tree is getting brown spots on the new leaves. It was planted over a year ago and it was doing fine, until now. The new leaves are dying and I don't know what to do.

What's the drainage like in the pot? It could be over watered with poorly draining soil becoming stagnant.
