Just curious- what is the most unusual or experimental thing you've successfully grown as a houseplant?

A carpet mushroom.

It wasn't my house and it wasn't my mushroom.

But it was the most unusual house plant I've ever seen, growing right out of the living room carpet.

Needless to say, the people living there weren't very tidy.
