Indian Mango Season started

simon_growMarch 2, 2011

In case anyone is interested in trying Alphonso, Kesar, Banganpalli, Langra, Chausa and other Indian Mangoes, the season has started. I tried the Kesar mango last time and it was delicious! Lots of mango twang flavor and also very sweet. You can view a list at or just do a google search. I'm not sure which site is the cheapest but I've purchased from before and their customer service was excellent.

If anyone has Alphonso mangoes growing in their yard, I wonder how you would compare your home grown fruit to the ones grown in India?
