Wandering if anyone knows what this plant is. I know it came from Aruba. Also, is it poisonous to pets and kids?

It is Mother of Thousands, also called Mexican Hat Plant (Kalanchoe daigremontiana).

This plant is highly invasive and can be extremely difficult to eradicate once established in an outdoor setting.

All parts of the plant are poisonous if ingested.
