When to pick a Keitt mango
Living in the heat of the Middle East in Dubai, I have a Keitt mango tree with 6, yes count em 6 mangoes on it. It started out pretty good but dropped a ton of fruit. There's lots of good info on these forums about Keitt, but what I can't seem to find is any info on when to actually pick the fruit.
They are all quite green still, but from what I can gather they won't actually change color that much. Am I looking for a change in color, or something else to tell me when it is time to pick them?
Thanks for the help.
