Winter Jasmine

atajr_2008November 25, 2009

For the first time in the several years after being planted, my winter jasmine is blooming heavily here, in 6a.

In most years, I get scant blooms in either late fall, or early spring, because the cold kills the flower buds before they open. I'm really enjoying the rare treat! I attribute it to a milder than normal November.
