I did not realize I had already linked. Getting old is such fun!

We have done this 5 times before. We have a lot of fun trading plants, seeds, pots and garden items.
we also bring things for a doorprize drawings.

We tried pot luck lunch and have now decided to do sack lunch. In other words, if you plan on eating, bring it with you.

McArthur Park pavillion #1 is covered and there are about 8 large picnic tables. If you are not familar with that park, it is under lovely old live oaks. Water and eletric are available. There is a $30 reservation fee, so we always ask for donations. Last fall we received enough to pay for Oct. and this March's fees.

Here are a couple pictures from Oct.'s swap.

I love this picture!
These two are sisters.

Great pictures Kathy! As long as we've already oopsied :-) maybe it's my computer, but is that last picture dark? I think there is something that can be changed on the computer to view things lighter. Guess I need to find out how to do that. Anyway, I wanted to see those beautiful faces so lightened it up.

Well, it sure looks better on your post! It was taken in the shade, with the light behind. There was something wrong with my "h" key, so that looked funny for a while.

Thanks!

See the post on conversations regarding a " catchy" name for the swap.

I may have rooted cuttings of the Rosette DeLizy rose. At least they have new leaf buds showing.

If anyone wants soap aloes let me know. Most are large and I won't bring them if no one speaks for them.

I WILL have (among other things) four inch pots of Fruit cocktail shrimp plants, Pigeon berry, Pink bleeding heart, Coral vine, and yellow Mexican Bird of Paradise (Caesalpinia mexicana). All of these were dug from clumps or already growing and well rooted.

Wants: succulents and small agaves, etc. or surprise me with anything extremely drought tolerant :-)

Here's my first list. Will most likely add more as I find more coming up in the garden. If I've already contacted you about things on your list, I probably sent you a personal email with my list.

If you are interested in something from my list, please send me an email. If you don't have my address, click on "my page" next to "castro_gardener" then click "send an email." I look at my email a lot more than I do GardenWeb and this would make it easier for me to answer you about anything on the list.

Some things need to be dug up, so let me know as soon as possible and I'll get it potted so that it will be good in time for the swap.

Does anyone want the spotted leaf Manfreda, aka Spice lily or Rattlesnake agave? I have a couple of good size well rooted offshoots I can bring.
