Soursop problem,sunburn?

aka_no_nui193June 22, 2013

I have 2 soursop seedlings i got in the mail a few days ago, it has been 80/90 degrees the past few weeks and just yesterday the leaves became yeloow and super thin, almost transparent, no wilting but the color change and a few brown spots. Family members of mine said that it was sunburn, so i put it in the shade, is this correct

Could be. They were in the dark while shipping so direct sun would be a shock. Mine do well in semi shade in pots until November when I bring them inside. That is when they lose lots of leaves while adjusting to even lower light. Paul

Some I grew from seeds, some I bought from someone near West Palm I think, years ago. I have only one now from Ray Green's nursery.
