rambutan and jackfruit seeds germinating

what's the next step?

bury it halfway or all the way in the soil?

you should put them in small pots filled with peat moss to allow good drainage ,, and the jackfruit should be planted in a pot with a nice hight as its roots grow a tap one which will grow long downwards and its sensitive to transplant ,,
