It must be spring
I took a walk around the yard this morning and a lot of my perennials are coming up. In addition to the alliums, tulips and daffs that started a few weeks ago I now have the following coming up:
Lilly of the valley
Agastaches are filling out
Bee Balm is filling out
and my red currants are budding out more along with my honeysuckle.
Also cuttings of my honeysuckle that I put in a pot of dirt and left out over the winter looks like they are starting to root as they are developing buds also. I was told that the only way to get cuttings of coral honeysuckle to root was by layering. Maybe the cuttings need to overwinter like the currants in order to root successfully.
