Yes, very pretty picture. I love Zinnias and butterflies, too. Growing up, Mom always had Zinnias in the yard and we would run around chasing the butterflies. It seems that there were more butterflies in those days. I remember seeing some gigantic ones, too. Don't know what kind they were but they were always a special treat to see! I currently have Zinnias growing in my yard, too. They bring back good memories!

Like Sunny Irene I remember zinnias and lots of butterflies in my grandmother's garden when I was a little kid. She called them 'old maids' back then.

Cynthia, the gulf fritilary butterflies (pictured) must think they are in heaven in your yard with all your passion vines for their caterpillars!

I just read about your facebook page "Gracies Front Garden" on the shade garden question on the main forum. Loved the video on that page and am putting it below for those who might not be on facebook.

What pretty zinnia pix, I love them! Beside their beauty, I love that they reseed over and over throughout the season

Cynthia my how beautiful your gardens are. I hadn't seen them since I dropped off facebook

Ragna, thanks for posting the link so we could see them now

I believe that's purple prince. It reseeds there every year and the butterflies, bee's and hummers love it. It's such a good color for those two butterflies.
What is your pink zinnia? I love the soft beautiful color.
