plant ID please

Can anyone help with identifying this plant seen today growing in northern VA?
It looks correct on my computer, but it is rotated in the post. Should be 1/4 turn clockwise....

It is Canna (a relative to bananas and ginger). Corms will overwinter in he ground if mulched from zones 7 +. Easy to divide and propagate. Come in a variety of colors.
