First bulbs blooming

cynthianovakFebruary 1, 2013

yellow crocus, early daffs and spainish bluebells: aka hyacinthoides! I tell them to slow down but they are only the beginning.

2 gulf frits were bouncing from pansies to the wallflowers I bought on a whim last week. Sure glad I did!

My dutch iris have buds and two antique paper white type bulbs are blooming. They came from a 150+ years old homestead on the Blanco river.
