I will be pruning my jasmine n. Is anyone interested in cuttings?
LMK what you have to trade.
I do not know whether butterflies often drink of it.
If you have observed that they do,
and if your plant makes abundant flowers,
then I would like to grow it.
I will be pruning it again later after flowering; with the extra cold weather we are having it should flower more. Zone 9 is not quite cold enough for it to bloom well. I would be interested in your Mexican flame vine. We could trade later in spring. LMK

Thank you for the kindness of that information,
deterirng me from an unwitting pursuit of the improbable.
