My hummers are back!

melvalenaMarch 20, 2012

Just saw my first one. It was quick as I opened the blinds there it was, feeding on the Coral Honeysuckle.

We each moved quickly away and then she/he returned.

It looked like a black chin.

I knew we would see them soon because my daughter in Austin had them last week. Hooray..!!! I will have to keep a sharp eye out for them.

I've always been the last one to spot one in the spring. Everyone all around me sees them before I do, until this year.
Did you guys have a meeting and decide to let me be the first this year?
