Help IDing this vine

Very fragrant, beautiful little pinwheel blooms that were white and when I picked it a white milky goo came out.

It looks like a jasmine, maybe Confederate jasmine.

I don't see why not. If you aren't able to dig up any vines with roots you might be able to root cuttings. I've rooted several different jasmines but haven't tried rooting this one.
