It's not too late to start a vine from seed?

butterfly4uMay 29, 2008

I live in SE PA, zone 6, I soaked cypress vine overnight and planted them today.

Then I thought, is it too late to start them?

I have never grown an annual vine before.

They should still grow a decent size within the next 4-6 weeks, right?

How fast do they grow?

It really hasn't been too warm here yet. A lot of rainy cool days.

Just checking from those of you who have grown cypress vine before.

Did you like it?

Mine self sow and sprout when the soil is warm. I don't think it's too late to start them. They will grow pretty fast if you have good soil, mine is very sandy.
