Invasive vine?

What is this vine? I just found it on a corner of my property in upstate NY. I looked online and the leaf looks like Morning Glory, but there is no flower, just some seeds.

I think its a polygonum, aka knotweed. If clearly a vine, Polygonum aubertii (silverlace vine). If it produces more erect stems, could be Polygonum cuspifdatum, aka Japanese knotweed. Both are considered invasive species in many areas.

Thank you GardenGal48! It looks like it is the Silverlace Vine. I have seen it in the area. It certainly looks invasive when I've seen it along the side of the road. Any idea what to do to get rid of it since I'm only just finding it on my property now?
