Morning Glory leaves puckering

dianasan(z5a Mtl)July 23, 2010

Some of the leaves on several of my morning glory vines are puckering, curling under and turning a darker green. I looked under each leaf but didn't see any bugs. What could be causing this?

Mine sometimes do that too but then resume normal growth later on. What happened with your plants?

I found this string while looking into what was going on with my morning glories. Sounded like the same problem I have (only with the purpurea...nil are fine) Some sites say this can be caused by a hot dry wind. That certainly described the spring we had. Could be?
