A homemade way to make a stackable worm bin ala Can o worms?

takadi(7)October 26, 2008

I want to be able to make my own stacking worm bin that is similar to the can of worms system that allows the worms to move up to fresh trays so bottom trays can be harvested, and also so that the lecheate drips to a lower pan. What materials are easy to find to make a system like this?

Check out the plans for builing an OSCR Jr. It's made with 3 ten-gallon rubbermaid bins. I have one and I like it.

Here is a link that might be useful: Worm Bin Plans (OSCR Jr.)
