Strange worm deaths

dmtmindOctober 20, 2008

Any one else notice dead worms on the inside of the bins sides. Looks like they just turned to jelly.

I see them around the edge that meets with the lid occasionally. It's usually caused by the lid smooshing a worm to death. Quite often, whatever mites I happen to have in the bin at that time are swarming over the dead worm to dispose of it.

If I started to see a massive amount of them, I would worry.
