It's not a vine. It's Sophora secundiflora, Texas mountain laurel.

Thanks Jim, that is what I thought it was. Do you have any idea what is growing in the pot? It looks like some type of morning glory or moonflower vine.

whats growing in the pot looks like one of the air potato vines (Dioscorea bulbifera)I've never seen it seed though.
