Green eggs on stems(pic)

noinwiJune 29, 2012

What eggs are these? I'm seeing a lot of aphid eggs on my peppers and a few on my toms that I'm spraying with Safer soap(can't find ladybugs to transfer)but I don't want to spray these until I know what they are. Any help appreciated.

I guess I'd better not spray any more aphids. I wouldn't want to wipe out their food source. Thanks Dave!
