white-throat feeder plant id requested

pankhi(z7Md)January 8, 2006

White-throated sparrows were seen feeding on the small red berries at the National Zoo in Wash. DC. What plant is this? Is it one of the non-native honeysuckle bushes? Thanks.

I cannot identify your plant with red berries but you might post the picture on the Name That Plant Forum, they can identify most anything... :-)
Good luck
