Mulching weeds

I have a ton of plantains growing and would like to pull them and then run over them with the mulching lawnmower. There are no seeds on them. Would the roots give me difficulty and reestablish themselves? Thanks

Not something I have seen with Plantain, although I usually let the plants, roots and all, lay in the sun for a few days before I mulch mow them. Dandelions roots have rerooted after being mulch mowed however.

I was assuming I was safe with dandelions too. I will pick them up and toss. Thanks. Most of them have seeds now anyways so are doomed from my yard.
