Can I chip porcelain vine

beckwith(4)May 1, 2011

I've recently removed alot of porcelain vine, brush, and dead logs. I would like to put everything thru a wood chipper and then use the chips on paths in my woods. Does anyone know whether if I put the vine in the chipper, if the vine plant can regenerate from cut pieces of of the root or plant?

You may want to ask on the vine forum ...if you're still wondering. How about an intermediate idea - like putting the chips in a pile for a while, maybe on a tarp, just 2 make sure they're dead?
