Need help identifying this week (or is it a plant)?

Any idea what this is? It's popping up in various parts of my property (just within the wood line in the back, and within a mulch bed in the front).

Erechtites hieracifolia, I believe.

Probably "Erechtites hieracifolia" sometimes known as a wild flower but also known as a "weed", a plant you do not want growing where you do not want it growing. Also known as Pilewort or Fireweed.

Well, it's definitely a plant, but most consider it a weedy one. Don't let it go to seed, or you'll have hundreds (if not more) of these next year, and so will your neighbors...
