Name this plant

I found this growing in the front yard, it's about 2' tall right now, that's cosmos above and below with a salvia on the the right. It's got little white flowers and seems to be happy where it is, so I'm thinking it's going to be a "weed" and not a "volunteer". Anyone have a clue what it's name is?

Looks like a Solanum species (nightshade). If the flower structure looks like a tomato flower or a pepper flower, that's what it is. There are many species.

seems like black nightshade, if the berries turn a shiny black when ripe. birds eat the berries and spread the seeds around.

Thanks y'all! I'll classify it as a "weed" then and yank it out, since it's not going to do anything exciting for the area.

Be sure to get all the roots and be on the look out for any other plants like these growing. I had one very similar looking to come up in my butterfly and it could easily become a house eater. It grows very fast and end up having little tendrils that clink tenaciously to anything.
