ID volunteer?????

I seem to have lots of these seedlings coming up in a pot. Sometimes I do put seeds in this pot , But I don't recognize it. It looks like 4 o'clock. I am 4 o'clock free land. Hate Mirabilis jalapa. the roots are man sized and they volunteer like CRAZY. On this property with my rock they would either hate it OR I will be up Sh-t Creek with a pick axe chiropractor bill . I am looking for native 4 clocks and that is a possibility, but natives don't look like this, I don't think.

What do people think it is?

Almost makes me think of the native chili. May be some other nightshade?

That's either the Bird Pepper aka Chili pequin or pigeonberry.
