circles for the container garden. Have any of you seen these before or have any information about them?
That should have been "intrigued" versus "intrigues."
Haven't seen them before, but what a great idea.
They sure look like wine barrels to me. People have been using them for years, even to collect rain. ;o)
Here is a link that might be useful: planter
I think those are really neat. I haven't seen them before but they look like an easy DIY project using tees to join the circles and feeder tubes. I wonder if they are mini soaker hoses?
LOL...I didn't even notice the "circles" in the planter! Thought you were asking about the circular planter. Guess i'm more decorator than I am gardener. LOL
That is a form of drip irrigation tied into the automatic irrigation system. The vertical part is solid pipe, and the circle part has internal emitters that drip water at given intrevals such as every 6" or 12". In a proper application, the pots would be on a zone together so you can customize the amount of water the pots get as opposed to the surrounding landscape.
All Wet, do you know where these can be purchased? I truly want to purchase some. My back gives me lots of trouble, and it is hard to even water the plants in containers. These circles would be ideal.
They are custom built for each container by the irrigator that installed the irrigation system.
Thanks, All Wet.
