Purple Haze is an F1 hybrid and no F1 seeds are sold but as Jtc said it's sold as plants and gave you a link.
But you may well have seen some folks who are growing it from seed and offering seed to others and that's seed that some folks have saved, now the F2 seeds, from the F1 hybrid plants they grew.
But the F2 seed grown plants are giving all sorts of different shapes and sizes as are the F3 as I remember, as would be expected and some are trying to genetically stabilize something to the OP state to get that great taste of Purple Haze F1 as a largish cherry.
They are not commercially available but you can buy plants below. It is easily one of the best tomatoes I've ever eaten.
Here is a link that might be useful: Selected Plants

Thanks for this info. I added the site to my favorites so I can order plants next year.
