infestation of moths in garden

Hi! I have a sudden infestation of these moths in my entire yard in Houston and am wondering if they are harmful and what I should do about it? They are everywhere! Thanks for any help!

I'm not an expert but that looks like a Miller moth. The swarm when it's breeding time and then disappear pretty quickly. You may find their larvae munching your garden come Spring. If you find that they do a lot of damage that would be the time to treat them.
