hoovb zone 9 sunset 23Updated Shrubs can do with a hard spray of water every so often during summer. It will wash the dust off as well as the webs and the plant will look better and healthier. Should not take much water.
Can this extra-large Bougainvilla be transplanted?

hoovb zone 9 sunset 23Updated what stanofh said, you can cut it to the ground and it will all grow back. Getting a baby bougainvillea to establish is difficult, killing an established one is ten times as difficult.
Any idea what this bug is??
