kentcUpdated I've bought plenty from soil and sod depot, I've now seen two kinds of product from LA, I can't agree that they are the exact same thing.

Red BermUpdated It looks like you have a bit of shade so if it's sun shade try blue chalks sticks. If it's all sun try myoporum or delopsermum.

XochitlUpdated My understanding is that pyretherin kills leap hoopers and neem oil kills their eggs. Insecticidal soap also kills leafhoppers. Not sure if that is helpful.
