myfamilysfarmUpdated I have had failures with Ball and Kerr, but not many. Forgot about jar problems. I automatically check every jar every time, sometimes 2-3 times (one when I wash, one when I choose the jar, and the last time after I fill the jar).
Should I taste my fermented shellies, or wait a bit?
